Begin Project
Gray, ME Planning for Village Revitalization. Developing a master plan for redevelopment of soon to be vacant Town properties and integrating their revitalization with adjacent private development and public facilities. Includes a Community Design Workshop to solicit ideas for potential uses.

Project Completed
York Village Design Standards. Provided guidance for proposed Design Standards and accompanying illustrations for the Town of York and community members in the Beach Village Center, as well as facilitating multiple committee and community meetings.

Awards
2009 Downtown Achievement Award for Outstanding Public/Private Partnership and Outstanding Smart Growth Project. Presented at the Annual Maine Downtown Center Conference, Rockland, Maine.
Ribbon Cutting & Community Celebration
Old Orchard Beach CDBG Facade Improvement Program. This program included 10 properties, a $150,000 CDBG Grant + 1:1 private match of $150,000 + private extra of $278,000 = total investment $578,000.
Governor Baxter School for the Deaf. Campus improvements include new stair and ramp at existing Gym and repairs to the National Register Landmark Mansion.
